Flipkart delivery service is pathetic, their customer care people are not informed of their of portal’s own products. Delivery guy’s phone is always switched off. Many times their phone line is not working!
They do not reply via mail. I ordered a book 2 weeks ago but there has been no sign of my order yet..told them specifically that i need it urgently but to no avail.
Called their customer care phone line - not working. Mailed them- no reply. Called their delivery guy- switched off phone.
But when it comes to collection of their money, they will call 10 times a day but service delivery is disastrous.
