I can’t believe that Flipkart has joined other ecommerce websites in such shameful activities. Out of 5 products in my order, they delivered wrong products for 4! Does anyone believe that this can’t be just a mistake.
Out of 4 trunks I ordered, 3 were completely different colored than what was displayed and what I selected during ordering.I also ordered one aviator style sunglasses of Floyd brand. What I received was some cheap looking blue wayfarer style glass.
What is worse is that customer care executive have one standard reply that they accept no returns of inner wear. Then why did they send wrong product in first place?Most importantly, it is not possible that so many mistakes happen in a single order. So if they have started doing it intentionally that customers would be left helpless in jungle of online e commerce, then only God help them in raising billions for their expansion, which they are planning.
At least they have lost me as customer, and if I am able to deter at least 100 more, then at least the effort of this review would be served. Even better I would recommend some of the competitors like snapdeal, amazon for their more ethical practices.
