Here I am sharing flipkart experience of my rommie during big billion sale.
My Roomie has purchased many things during Big Billion Sale but in one order he was suppose to receive two watches instead of that he has received only one watch. Futher he complained about the missing product to flipkart concerned team n wrote a review in Mouthshut( which worked also) .
After many verification call & questions from the end of flipkart executers they have accepted the fault & returned the amount immeadiately.
Now, the question is striking in our mind is that:
Is there any loophole in Flipkart Management.? Or
Is any fraudulent activity tried from the end of seller.? Or
Flipkart is managing fund through big billion sale by doing such activity.?
I am raising these questions Coz:
There are many people who are victims of this kind of fraudulent act, they might have recived the refund but upto that period there money have stuck in flipkart & they were mentaly disturbed till the tym they got there money.
After witnessing the missing product case I am feeling bit insecure to purchase product from Flipkart.
Although I am regular customer of flipkart, There is no doubt about flipkarts service( The best Ecommerce company as per my experince)
But Flipkart Management should lookafter these kind of issues for better service n Growth.
