Flipkart.com is, according to me. the most reliable website in India today. They will surely update in their website if the product is out of stock. They will not label it as’In Stock’ and will not, after you have placed the order, call you and say that’it is not in stock. They have a good customer support. They won’t keep you waiting saying things like:’Out support team will call you within twenty four hours’. I have ordered a book’Diary of a Wimpy Kid-Cabin Fever’ yesterday and I was shocked to see that they had shipped it on the same day itself. Where will you get a service like this? I have also ordered perfumes from them at discounts. I have also bought electronic items from them and there is no need to worry if it will break during transit or not. They wrap it in bubble wraps and keep air bags on top of that. All is for free! They also have good courier service collaboration. Once I bought from Yebhi.com and they shipped it via DTDC but those DTDC guys did not deliver it in my area. In this way, flipkart.com is better than many other websites. My first purchase was’the Son of Neptune’. And my latest purchase was’The Cabin Fever’. Between this I have purchased many books, two shavers(one from Braun and one from Philips) and one DVD player(LG). No item was damaged. All kudos to Flipkart.com. Once I had paid twice for the same books. I called up the customer care and they cancelled the order and refunded my money. Thanks for them.
