I had one of my worst e-commerce experince with Flipkart . I have purchased lenovo k3 note which was having problems of extreme heating and hanging when I complained about it to Flipkart they said you go to lenvo customer care and when I went lenovo customer care they asked me to go back to flipkart as they are not responsible since sail was done by flipkart.
Flipkart guys despite I have registered complaint many times didn’t replaced or return it.
This as service provider is a response from a company which claims to be customer freindly .
My sincere request guys don’t purchase electronics at leats from them.
