It doesn’t hsve complicated forms to fill, and ask for only necessary things, login is not msndatory, can be managed with phone/authentication. Most of my orders allow me to ’cash on delivery’ so I no need to worry about the security for money and online transactions. Delivery details are properly prompted and frendly in adjusting timings and location if required, I came across couple of times where delivery address need to be adjusted, they accepted request with ease and without any additional charges.
