Hi friends, recently I used online shopping through Flipkart.I think Flipkart is a good company but now I realize wrong about them, firstly company take very much time to deliver .At last company deliver the item but I shocked when unbox the item delivered by company.I found that there is no item in the box.Company provide me an empty parcel. Thereafter I call to customer care of Flipkart.customer care officer told me that "we will shortly contact you within 24hours".But they didn’t contact me they extend time again and again and not provide any proper resolution.I give 1 star out of 5
