Hai I usually buy products in online shopping site like Amazon Flipkart Snapdeal and other sites.but Flipkart is more familiar site in India they have wide range of products.but I am not satisfied with their delivery service and also customer service it’s very poor and non professional they have used some kind of app for contacting customer.if the customer is busy with some other work, they don’t pick up the phone. courier service provider is not willing to give the product in to the customer they will also return to the product. this is one of the complaint against delivery system and customer service also very poor, if some problem in product We have so many problems in return. This my personal experience with Flipkart at the same time I have buy products in another site they don’t have this type of complaints.
