Flipkart is a very well known online shopping site. I have purchased many products from flipkart. The main thing is the surfing experience on the site to see the products and the images avilable there. Looks really a genuine site even in surfing products.
Although, you can spot many frauds from the delivery department in COD options, which are with every site, but support from the customer care is awesome. I personally contacted them many times and got relevant answers.
Product quality is pretty good and due to good customer support you will never be in loss.
Although comparing with other sites, the prices of some products are a little bit expensive, but its OK when compared with delivery timings etc.
The app available is very decent in responses, and matching all the criteria for customer support.
I give a 4/5 star, considering overall performance.
