It is nice to hear that there are people happy with Flipkart service. I think they are among Gods chosen few.
I had a worst experience and am still reeling under it. This review is basically to alert others to what can befall when dealing on this site. This may not happen to all and at all times as some of us are lucky.
I had purchased a Ralli Wolf impact drill model 16130 from Flipkart for Rs 1598-00 with a 60% discount and paid the amount on 29 Jan 22. The product was delivered to me by Ekart on 3rd February and handed over after OTP verification.
When I opened the box which by the way was not company sealed but sealed with a cellophane tape. The Impact drill was founf badly dented. it had a label of Cheston on one side and Ralli Wolf on the other. Both stickers were fabricated type. There was no serial number, make model, voltage rating on any of the labels. No instruction manual, guarantee card or any other document was enclosed.
I realised this was a refurbished or assembled unit being sent to me as a new unit showing a 60% discount.
I immediately opted for return. When filling the return details I mentioned that a wrong item has been sent to me and tried to explain it in detail.
I wanted to get my money back on return, but Flipkart only offers exchange and NO money back. Left with no other option I took the option. Flipkart says that vendor has accepted the return and has shipped the exchanged item which is expected to reach me by Feb 25.
You can understand what can be expected from such a vendor who blatantly deceived the customer in the name of Flipkart.
I understand Flipkart is a selling Platform. But I didnt realise that their primary concern is not the customer who had trusted them, they are variables, but the vendor, who is the constant.
