This Dinning table was purchased 16th Feb after going through good review from buyers but when we recieved, the product was not up to mark and we requeted for a replcament under 10days replacement policy . Seller contacted us for the issue and all pictures with defects and issue were send on whatsapp. After waiting for fewdays ie on 9th day of the return policy the Seller cancelled the return request without any reason saying "We’re sorry. We are unable to process your replace request.". We tried reaching out to flipkart cc multiple times and they also called back but call was getting disconnected midway and even flipkart was never bothered to listen the other side story. Today as well I tried twice to talk to them but the call was cut without getting any resolution. On the other side the seller kept assuring us that they will pickup the product and that didn’t happen till date neither I am getting any support or resolution from flipkart. this is pathetic and not at all trustworthy to shop on flipkart

Wood Quality is not as per discription as seems mixed wood used
There are multiple scraches, dents and cracks filled with wood filler
The finish and polish is not as per discription or shown, Wood grains and uneven polish.
2 Chair legs not sitting properly
