Customer Service - Flipkart lags on customer satisfaction as compared to that of other competitors(Amazon or Snapdeal).
Product Quality - Generally good quality products are sold but for some of the products I have felt they have compromised on quality in the name of offer.
Delivery and Time- All the products are delivered well within the promised delivery date.
App and Websites - Very organised and user friendly.
Reliability - If they can work on customer satisfaction and quality of products then they can score big on reliability. As per my personal experience I don’t consider Flipkart a reliable company if you have Amazon and Snapdeal also in the same market.
