This is regarding the floods of moto es and gs in the market. I have always been loyal to Flipkart and Motorola due to very good response and acts.
But if now, I am facing a serious problem regarding products supplied by you, isnt that your look out as well? I have ordered and gifted many moto es and gs.
Last two orders have been very faulty. Let me enlighten you with your own customer help service, its pathetic and highly corrupt! Customers I have known including myself hesistate to call you helpline even if we are facing problems with your brand new products as it takes hell lot of time to actually resolve the problem.
I will explain you the corruption: once when you call up the customer care of flipkart, they take your call after a long wait which I understand due to lot of people calling at the same time. Then they say that a responsible person from the care will call me back in next 24hrs and a msg comes mentioning a time. Now the time mentioned is suitable for the helpline, what about us?
We work in offices as well like you, if we by chance miss that particular call.the wait starts again or no call after that! am sure, from their target point, you get a report that the customer is careless or problem is resolved. If we some how manage to take the call on the mentioned time and by chance due to network problem from either side the call gets canceled, same problem!
Incase if we take the call perfectly without any hindrances, yet they give another time msg saying things will solved in the upcoming call in another 24hrs. Do you really thing, your job is our job as well? and we have nothing else to do but this on and on? then finally, the customer gets irritated and the conversation is lost and bear with faulty products!
I got got two moto gs recently, one for myself another gifted to my father. Order ID: OD303349236816337100 was for my father. Since I got one for myself, I had been facing this problem that whenever I try to call someone or someone tries to call me, at the first attempt it never happens. it takes two to three trials atleast. Because, the first time when call is placed, I cant hear the person and vice versa. Initially I thought it was the problem of the Airtel connection, so I struggled with it over months trying to resolve it with Airtel people. Then when I gifted a moto g to my father, he said he too having the same problem.
Plus, he is facing more problems like not able to saved numbers, battery drains off just after removing it from charging point, sound is clear even the headphones are faulty. I knew I had to to through the entire process of wait if I called your helpline and my father is a senior manager in State bank of India, where customers flood in everyday everyhour.
Some how before the monthss end, I placed many calls from his side to your helpline. My father is old and this is the advantage your people had taken. They trying to mind flush him saying that he has to update and upgrade applications from playstore. Are you serious? battery running away, sound hindrances, calls not going needs applications to instal? trying to make us fool, atleast respect his age. They told him to go and visit a particular helpcentre of moto care.
When he went, he found that particular one is shut down over months. what a hassle you are causing him? and why does a brand new phone need customer service care? Why should a gift be faulty and so much of hassles? He doesnt want any phone from motorola anymore. And he is right, we do not want any phones from motorola or even flipkart! I rather buy one from a store. My moto g is out of warranty for few months, but when I called for my father his phone was still in warrenty which can check. But your people have stretched the immediate service they should have provided and made it out of warranty, am sure.
WE HAVE LOST OUR TRUST IS MOTOROLA COMPLETELY, as it doesnt respect our loyalty and doesnt understand even if they are producing lakhs of phones.one mistake and one faulty phone takes 11k from an individual. WE ARE NOW LOOSING OUR TRUST IN FLIPKART, AS YOU DONT EVEN DO A QUALITY CHECK BEFORE DELIVERING, VERY BAD, HASSLE AND CORRUPT SERVICE YOU OWN WHO ARE BUSY SHOWING THEIR FAKE TARGETS COMPLETED AND DO NOT VALUE INDIVIDUAL AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER LOYALTY.
We want complete refund for my fathers phone so that I can buy him a new good phone from a store which would eat away his piece of mind and will keep my value of gifting. WE WANT REFUND, AND NOT YOUR APOLOGIES OR REPLACEMENT.
