Hie everyone, recently I purchased a product from flipkart. The delivery was too late and the product which I got was broken one. I called Customer support team and informed about my product. The response was worst. They keep on saying that I have damged that product. They didn’t even go for product exchange 3 times I made a call to them and in between conversation they said voice is not clear . uneccesarily cutted the call. Iresponsible Flipkart and Team. Next time I wont go to this Site to purchase any sort of products. Guys u be careful while ordering anyone product when ever your product got delivered open the product before the delivery person and check it. if it is damaged donot take that product. if u take that product after knowing then you are responsible for that according to flipkart and Team.
