The worst treatment of customers experienced in recent memory.
We ordered for a Laptop, cause their prices seemed to be one of the lowest. An item was delivered to us after 3 days. We had paid the agreed upon amount as COD. Later, on opening the delivered package we discover that it is not what we had ordered for. Despite informing flipkart.com about their terrible mistake till date even as we write this review there is no resolution in sight. We are stuck with a dud item that is actually priced much lower on their site. Flipkart.com does not seem to have the least interest in making any amends whatsoever for their taking us for a ride with their extremely poor service and business practices.
