I have order xiaomi poco x2 phone from Flipkart but I saw some issues
And also the and phone was delivered but on site it was shown that only not deliver it so I was not able to tu apply replace option
Then I try to contact them but on their official site , there was only one way was available to contact them it was to text them what the problem I have plus I can send 2 images
I have text them what problem I was facing . Now its 3th day but I dont get any response from them . Then I call Just dial and ask them number of customer care number of Flipkart
I dial number but just said we are busy so we cant attend your call now please call letter , after 2nd they attend my call
And replyed me that your dashboard will be update after 29 of June and till that time you cant replace your product
In short I am not satisfied with Flipkart service
