Flip kart is one the biggest CUSTOMER CHEATERS. This happened to me since I bought an office chair which was delivered damaged.
Upon calling the customer care they did not provide any hope since they don’t care for customer’s money or satisfaction.
Better to stop buying products from this organization which does not guarantee any customer satisfaction or there is no positive hopes and their customer care is pathetic one to interact with.
Please see the damaged part they sent for the office chair delivered.
