Recently I bought Apple iPhone 15 in my old phone exchange offer. I paid full amount 56175 Rs. The delivery date was 3rd October. However on 3rd October, we received SMS that delivery is delayed by a day due to logistic issues. I waited for another day. But phone didnt deliver. I tried to search if there is any customer care no available on Flipkart website. But they dont have. Instead they have an option to chat with ChatBot. From there I got to connected to customer care executive. After talking to him I got new delivery date as 5th October. But then also phone didnt deliver. Then I sent mail to cs@flipkart.com regarding delivery issue. And I was promised to have the resolution by 7th October. On 7th Oct, I got call from their delivery partner that they are unable to deliver the phone as it is in exchange offer and they dont have any expert who can come and examine the old phone condition at my doorstep. Instead they offer me to come to their warehouse and collect my phone. But I took that as a Flipkart process breach, hence I dint collect. Infact I raised this concern also to Flipkart that their deliver partner are asking customer to collect product from their warehouse. Meanwhile 7th Oct was also breach and as on 8 Oct, no communication from flipkart or their delivery agent.
To my surprise, in this whole episode, Flipkart is not responsible. They dont have any Grievance department where customer can raise their concern. They dont have any responsible person to whom a customer can talk and have their issue resolved.
Now neither I am able to cancel the order as it is in shipment process nor they are delivering it.
In this whole process I am feeling cheated by Flipkart.
