Have purchased asus mobile phone, and just using after 2 months mobile software got corrupted. I have given to lenevo service center but they are not able to install the software. My phone is laying hold at service center, I have raised complaint to asus and Flipkart customer care but response was very poor from both side, Only I am getting so many emails. But still I have not received my mobile phone in running condition

I requested return request for order within 5 days after delivery. But the request is not accepted.
Product is in unused, undamaged, factory conditions. Even the seal of the box is not broken with undetached tags and all accessories.
Mobile category comes under 10 Days Return Period after Delivery,
even then also request is not accepted.
