Great Service, Good and prompt delivery and easy return process. Quick pickup incase of return and superb refund mechanism. The only down side is the behavior of the customer care agents. They think themselves as Company heads
My order was said to be delivered by Thursday and now it’s Friday and yet it’s not delivered.last time it took two weeks to get my order .It’s quite unexpected from flipkart. Flipkart will be always my first choice. Reason for this is - Original product. Timely delivery. Good customer support(I hardly got change to experience it but once I’ve e-mailed and response was quick).The service provided by Flipkart is awesome.
