I had been hearing a lot of Flipkart from my friends and had a decent perception in my mind. Ordered a cellphone and on the 3rd day, I got a text from their delivery partner. (They call it trusted), Ekart Logistics, that my product will be delivered by 7 pm. Nothing came.
I called Flipkart like 10 times for the status but sad to hear that they did not have any contact number of their own so called delivery partner Ekart Logistics.
I went on to Google Ekart, to find a contact number. There is no contact number nor an email on their website. (Clearly, they don’t want customers to call them for transparency)
Called at 12 in the night, cancelled my order. Bought the same product (relatively cheaper) from another website. Seller called me, thanked me for the order placed and gave me an actual phone number to track my order. :)
