The return policy of flipkart has been changed to replacement, so the money will not be refunded only a new product will be given as replacement. The important thing is that flipkart continue the cash on delivery from the beginning. Other major online shopping company like amazon. in have stoped the cash on delivery. So middle class people also started buying from flipkart. Thus flipkart gained people’s beleive in them.

One day I bought a tip top car cover for maruthi suzuki alto k10.the product came after 10/12 days. The colour I orderd was grey and the one I received was dark black colour.
I was gone to a tour so I dont unboxed it in the day I received it. When I come back after 5days I came to know that the color was different. Okay I leave it, when the rain comes I suddenly put it in my car then I noticed it was damaged well. I returned it in that second.
After 2days I just login to my account for knowing the staus. I was shocked ??, the return was automatically canceled. I returned it once again( 10 day replacement) . And again after two days my return was canceled. I dont know the reason. I don’t know if it’s my mistake. Even though flipkart is among the best online shopping company. I must tell you it is the worst among best.
