It’s a very good site to shop almost all varieties of products and I’ve hardly come across with one occasion where I bought a drill machine and it’s specified chuck size at the time of buy and the received item was not same, and I made contact with this issue and they replied back, they said that this issue which I’m mentioning is not appropriate since the chuck size is same as what is displayed in our site, and checked back and I was shocked that it was indeed changed. And they manipulated it as per my understanding because, before buying that product, I noted down its specs and was checking other sites and their flipkart sites for many times and I can’t go wrong. Hence I ignored cause I ve already used that product with emergency but as a customer, I wish it should not hav been done.
