I had ordered a pair of leather shoes. Within a month the leather is peeling out.The companies policy to get is replaced/exchange is 30 days from date of purchase.
I was calling the customer care but no one was picking up the phone or automated generated voice of thanks for calling customer is heard without even speaking to the customer care person .
Now its only 35 days and the 30 days policy has expired and now they are not ready to accept the return/exchange the shoes .
