Never buy any product from Flipkart. Customer service is pathetic. A month ago I bought VU TV from Flipkart and I had to chase them for installation and demo for 15 days. Very poor response for customer concerns. They will commit a date and time for resolution but they will never resolve that.
Customer has to follow up with them every alternate day on the status of of the complaint raised by the customer.
