I had ordered
VibeX ® Data Charge Cord Female to AUX 3.5mm Male Jack Plug Audio USB Cable 5 nos(order # OD113100656456481000) on 13th August.
I got the delivery of product 0n 20th. when I open the pack I found only 1 no cable and the invoice was generated for 5 nos, also the cable was different not the same as specified in Flipkart. immediately I called customer care and asked for the return of the cable and asked for the refund, the customer care executive told me that they will refund the amount.
Next day Flipkart executive picked up the cable but then I got the refund for 1 cable that is 471 what about balance whereas I had paid Rs. 2355.

Wed like to let you know that your recent request for a replacement/ refund has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history.
This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.)
Today when I called flipkart customer support the support agent told me that my account has been blacklisted, why is my account blacklisted without verifying full details?
Very bad support from Flipkart you people focus only on selling some junk to customer when it comes to customer support it is ZERO!
