I ordered CCTV camera kit with Hikvision cameras. Seller shown "Hikvision " brand in picture and delivered PRAMA cameras. So I requested for return on that day itself (28th July’22).
From last couple of days, I tried a lot to return the product. But not able to return and get refund.
Flipkart team is not telling exact reason why not able to process the request. Whenever they call they tell same answer - we are working on it, it will be resolved in 48hrs, 72 hrs etc. Till today, its 20 days not resolved.
Guys don’t go for Flipkart, if you are paying huge amounts like above 2k etc, becareful. They take our money, never show up. Once again becareful with flipkart.
