I had an very bad experience with flipkart. I was using flipkart for a very long time, way before even flipkart have its own app. For the first time I order a watched and it was get slightly different from the picture I seen in the site but it was minor, so I keep that. From there on I started online Shopping oftenly from flipkart and other sites and I noticed that flipkart doesn’t always provide the genuine product.
Once I ordered a sport shoes with neon green colour and what I get is a blue grey shoes. I tried hard to return the product back but after sales service of flipkart is really bad. They said they will pick the item but u have to talk to the flipkart centre and make things clear about your order number, tracking id etc I have done as what they have said but no one comes to pick my item. It was a very helpless moment and end up using that shoes.
Never buy anything from flipkart or any other online shopping site. U never know what u gona get in real.
