I bought a Smart TV_ 1+ Y-series and it had a problem with its Bluetooth voice connectivity. They arranged a technician and the technician was agreeing to the fault. He connected two different BT headphones and the problem was there. Then he connected a BT speaker and the problem kept persisted. He recorded a video proving the same. He called his back-end team and the supervisor says to arrange even a bigger speaker proving the fault else ask the customer to file the dissatisfaction as the reason for return and not the technical fault. Flipkart chat team is not helping and almost unaware of whats happening. As a customer, I felt that if a customer wants an answer from Flipkart then it will take ages to receive an answer and after everything theyll try to manipulate the customer. The only motto they are keeping is to ensure they escape this refund. . This is the story till now and I assure the readers that if they help me after this then Ill update the same and IF theyll harass me any further, Ill have to pin down the story from hereon. . STAY AWAY FROM FLIPKART THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY UNTRUSTWORTHY PARTNERS LIKE JEEVES.
