Ive purchased the Onida AC on 31st March and I received the delivery on 5th april, installation has been done on 6th april after that I found that the AC split function not working properly so I raised the concern to flipkart and onida. The service person came on 14th april for just checking, before that I already asked the flipkart that return policy will continue enable for me till the problem not solve. Service person told me that split fan motor is damaged, so I raised the return request after that and keep calling flipkart day after day to return the AC. They told me that onida will take the AC but the onida persons told me that flipkart will take the AC. Now the flipkart team keep extending the date from return to 29th april. They dont even know who will uninstall the AC and take that. They are not ready to refund my money also. on 25th april I saw that they have rejected my return request.
Now after lots of escalations with flipkart and onida finally they arrange for uninstllation with they help of 3rd party vendor Jeeves(They also sucks after 3 days keep calling them for uninstllation, finally they ready but they demanding money from me). Now uninstllation has been done but they dont know who will do the repackaging bcuz flipkart pickup person not ready to take the product.
