Flipkart used to be too good in the past. But its no more the same flipkart.
The service has become pathetic if there is any issue with the product.
They will deliver the product in time, if you receive the right product its good. If not the trouble starts.
I have ordered a mixer grinder from Flipkart "PAnasultansonic MX AC 300H 550 Mixer Grinder" on 25th March 2015 Big App Day.
The item got delivered on 30th March 2015.
The item I received is "PAnasultansonic MX AC 300 S-H 550 Mixer Grinder" which is not the model I have ordered.
But it is just a color variant of the model I have ordered and all the features are same.
So, I am okay to keep this product, but I asked flipkart to change the invoice so that I will not have any problem with the warranty from pAnasultansonic.
They told that the invoice cannot be changed, instead they will send a replacement.
I asked them to send the same via E-Mail to which they are reluctant. They dont want me to have a proof of their mistake and said about replacement again and again and ignored my request to send a mail.
Finally, I asked when will I receive the new product for which they dont have a proper answer. They started telling they have to contact waremorpheushumanuse team and other teams.
I am relocating from my current address and also I want to use the product ASAP.
Also, if I have to wait for a replacement I cant use the product that they already shipped.
This delay is a loss for me both in terms of time and product.
So I asked either I need the product by this weekend or I need invoice for the current Mixer Grinder. I didnt receive any invoice either by mail or along with the product.
I have mailed cs@flipkart.com thrice but I didnt get any reply from them.
