Anti-customer policies

Flipkart is the worst online buying platform. Bought a geyser and the seller delayed the delivery and after 10 days provided a low-end product which did not match the description. Because of Flipkart’s vendor friendly and anti-customer policies, I am also not eligible to get a refund but I am left at the mercy of the seller for a replacement. Flipkart is not willing to take any responsibility and is not ready to commit to a replacement date. Please do not buy anything from this platform as you are bound to get cheated as they do not have any quality control process in place and also because of their policies which were created with the aim of harassing their customers like the "no refund, only replacement" policy you will suffer like anything. Please refrain from buying anything especially electronic items from Flipkart.
