Earlier Flipkart is most trusted, I have brought so many items with confident. From one year they changed, Beware now they are Fraud. I have Faced repeated problems with them. My recent experience with them is like this:-
Their return product with in ten days is bogus, They do not accept the return, Even though raised return request by them, simply themselves cancels with the remark that " customer requested for cancellation of return" with out concern of customers. By the time your 10 day replacement time is over. This is happened with me when brought sprite-elit phone
The delivery reschedule themselves without customer concern, with utter surprise remark "customer requested rescheduled" or customer not reachable. In-fact we will be eagerly waiting for your order.
The customer support are trained to tricky to cheat the customer. After you explained the problem customer support executive disconnect your line by posing that the telephone line is noisy and can not here any thing. If you request callback they call you and disconnect with out talking any thing, as if line dead after the call is connected.
One of my such order is that the product page microwave oven is displayed in highlights as it included with starter kit. but they did not supplied and denied that they mentioned the starter kit along with product. Here with I am attaching the screen shots.
