I wanted a good stylish leather case for my iphone. I couldn’t find a good one at any of the nearby shops. So I decided to try online and I found a good collection of mobile cases on Flipkart. I loved the leather cases they had and I decided to buy a case worth 850 rupees. I made the payment online and was eagerly waiting for my order to arrive. After 3 days, I came back from office and my mom told me that I have a courier from Flipkart. I couldn’t wait to unpack it and put it on my phone. But I was shocked after unpacking it, as it was a plastic case, it had a printing on it, which makes it look like a leather case. I was very upset and felt cheated. I called the customer care and they asked me to pack it and send it back to them. I then spoke to the supervisor and asked them to send someone to come to my house and pick it up. After 2 days, a guy came and picked it up. i’m now waiting for my money to be refunded. i’m never buying anything online!
