Flipkart is one of the most worst apps.pathetic, I had placed the order for mobile phone and keep taking the follow up for it by calling flipkart executive sometimes sagar, kriti etc etc just to get the order before delivery date ie 15th March today& they told they will do it.I was happy but when I didn’t recieve my order on 15th March also again I call flipkart what they update me is my order is out of delivery n funny thing is I m not aware it.without keeping a customer in loop they r doing this on sense.when I told them to transfer my call to senior manager they put me on hold for 15min n disconnected the call.thank u flipkart for your awesome hospitality
Last but not a least I was paying for my product not begging, value ur customer
