The products offered are really better then the other online shopping websites. The product delivery, return policy and product quality offered by them is even better then much hyped Amazon. I have always been a regular customer of Flipkart.com. Personally I have never experienced any sort of broken or damaged product till now! Touch wood! But one of my friends got a damaged Roti Maker once! The product was returned within few days! Most of all Flipkart is best for the wide variety of Books offered in it! Way to Go Flipkart!:)
