This is India’s no1 shopping shite l ordered a ZTE wireless-N Router for my new internet connection but I did not know that my connection need an ADSL modem so I want to return the modem but when I go to my orders( on my flipkart account in site) l did not found a return option in it.lt only mentioned that you can replace the product by a new ZTE wireless modem of same model l complaint to the flipkart helpline service but they said that on this product there is no return or exchange on it.
l am really disappointed with flipkart and l have to buy a new wireless-N router but the product of flipkart is in good quality and everything is fine with the product.There is no damage or fake product in it. So, if you want to but something from flipkart first check the full specification that you needed and check that you can return the product or not .
