I’ve done quite a lot of shopping on this site. & I’ve never been disappointed by Flipkart. The products shown in the website are genuine or maybe I’m lucky, I never got any bad or different product from them. The 1 thing that I really like about Flipkart is that they deliver your ordered item(s) as quickly as they can. Also, their customer care support is very good. I’ve used the customer care service myself for 2-3 times & they really are very helpful. The official Flipkart app is very easy to access & is very user friendly. I’d also like to suggest people to sign in to a Flipkart account for offers & discounts. If you use their app, you"ll get the notification directly on your phone otherwise you"ll have to check your e-mail account.
