Bad experience

Two months ago , I had been booked a toy train for my 3yrs lod child. But at the time of place order with debit card payment, my account had been debited but order not confirmed. After that I made a call to customer executive and complain about this. But I don’t have satisfied answered by him. I received my money after a week by a complained in written to its email.


Once again I had placed the order and at that time my product are not match with the given discription. After that I don’t like to purchase any product from Flipkart.
