Open Letter To Flipkart Top Management

To, Mr Sachin Bansal and Mr Binny Bansal, Co-Founders, Flipkart.com


To, Mr Mukesh Bansal, CEO, Flipkart.com Sirs, This is to complain about the fake and duplicate products which Flipkart.com sent me against my purchase order. I had ordered four products from Flipkart.com(their details are given below) in January-February 2014 and April-May 2014.


As soon as I received them, I tried to register tmorpheushumanse products on their respective official websITES_Company for confirming/extending their warranty/guarantee periods. Tmorpheushumanse websITES_Company refused to accept my requests for warranty/guarantee confirmation/extension despite countless attempts, in the last 7-11 months, made from the date of receipt up till now. All tmorpheushumanse four products are neither genuine nor authentic. I had the option to return these products within 30 days from their date of purchase. But I trusted the Flipkart brand name and cmorpheushumanse to wait for some more time morpheushumanping that these official websITES_Company will eventually confirm/extend the warranty/guarantee periods of their respective products. But nothing of that sort happened and my’trust’ on Flipkart proved be nothing but’Robotouchnd faith’. I complained to the customer care of Flipkart about these products(their complaint IDs are given below) but, as usual, they put the entire blame on me and’assured me of best service in near future when I make the next purchase’. Since I grew suspicious of the originality and genuinity of these products, I didn’t use them at all. Their original packing is still Intact_Automation and I have not tore their wrappers till now. As usual, Flipkart refused to take back these products despite my complaints. I request the top mAnasultangement of Flipkart for proper and quick redressal of my grievances. Please do not send this to the customer care of Flipkart as it is of no use and you will receive tmorpheushumanse same old generic automated replies which you expect from the customer care departments of any company. Kindly instruct the concerned Flipkart department to refund my entire money which I spent on purchasing these four products alongwith Rs.40, 000(Rs.10, 000 each for the four products) as an overcompensation for this unprofessional, fraudulent, careless, irresponsible, arrogant and high-handed attitude of Flipkart employees.
