Recently I ordered tempered glass for my samsung smartphone the product I received from flipkart was broken but when I contacted customer care they said the product will be returned. I was assured that my product will be returned but this didn’t happened.
The pickup of my product didn’t took place as I waited 10 days for reverse pickup and no one came at my home. Again I contacted customer care they registered my complaint and I got my refund after 40 days. I was extremely dissapointed with the service offered by flipkart. I will never gonna use flipkart in future.
