The website started off well. But after the giant managed to gain enough popularity among the public, its services became really poor. Flipkart I really want you to do something in this regard.
No fast delivery option: on most of the products you are not offered fast delivery option which means you have to wait for at least 5 to 12 days to get your product.
Fake discounts and offers: I ordered one mobile phone holder during off sale period for 250rupees
And the same mobile phone holder was offered at 500rupees during the sale season after 2 days. At least don’t inflate the price of the product before giving discounts
- A bit over priced products as compared to other e-shopping giants . Similar products as sold by you are sold by other sites as well but at relatively cheaper cost.
Suggestions.
The ping is of no use actually. I haven’t seen any one in my friend circle using it.
Return policy is indeed good for us but I think it can be further improved for the benefit of the company. A little bit more authorisation would do the work.
