WORST COUSTOMER SERVICE BY FLIPKART

So guys I am sharing my experience with Flip Kart .


I ordered A I phone 7 Back Cover when I recieved my delivery the product seemed as it was used earlier so I replaced it after soo many days the replacement came and when I opened that replacement in front of Dlivery Boy Again the replaced product was in same state full of cracks Then I Again tried to replace that product to Flipkart Then It showed me that I can only refund then I started the process to refund my money that all money is still stuck there I cant refund they have just blocked that part and they say at coustomer care that we will inform you in some time it is 3 months now still nt refunded VErry Bad Experience .
