Dear friends today I am going to share with you my personal shopping experience with flipkart which was horrible and frustrating. On 7th september I ordered health band named Enerz GOFit pro, the price of the product was just 699 on flipkart, I decided to go for it as it was the cheapest health band available there. It had a pedometer sensor, sleep monitoring sensor and it can also connected to the smartphone through its app. Now when I received the product on 11th September 2016, I was just disappointed because I had received a faulty product from flipkart, its strap was broken. When I communicated with the flipkart and complained about the product I was surprised and shocked to hear from them that this item was not at all eligible for return/exchange. This was the most horrifying and fraudulent service from flipkart.
