Now a days online marketing is growing up so fast.In this crowded world customers are facing many issues after placing an order.I placed an order for realme c1 and faced some minor issues too.First I was unable to track my order I just received an notification that my order has placed successfully.I was literally panicked as that was my first online shoppings experience so I without losing any time filed a complain and asked to wait until they reach me.Anyway they call me back after 6-5 hrs and being asked about the issue and I explained my issue so they adviced me to clear check/re-install and many things that flipkart app.I already did that tricks as I am usual to that kind of troubles.So I replied their executive that I already tried those mehods and then they asked me to totally uninstall and then download it again.by so far I am confirm about one thing that this issue is not gonna solve by that executive so I prefer not to take any extra tenaion and disconnected him.Their expected delivery was between between 15 days after place an order but I was keen to grab my new phone as soon as possible.Thank god I got it after just 4 days only.Another worst part is I was being asked to go 1-1.5 km away from my home to receive my parcel actually I was dragged their as I was curious about my new phone.I filed a complain but received a phone call from their customer care executive who tried to convince me that not to mind that at all as they can't reach certain addressees.Everything was good product was also awesome and as shown.

Flipkart is a reputed site good reputation comes with great responsibility.That was an average experience online shopping.In the modern era their are many sellers are in the market.A customer may forget his buyer but a buyer should not forget his customer.
