Recently I ordered a t shirt from flipkart.com just because my previous experiences from this website were great and I only trust a few online websites and flipkart is one of them. So after ordering I noticed that order process was slower than previous times like it took almost 16 hours for packing and getting ready to ship. I tried to contact the Facebook page but there I only received pre recorded responses. Then I called customer care and they said that due to festival time there is a lot of rush and that it will be delivered on time. So when the delivery came the biggest problem occurred I called the delivery guy to tell him that I will not be at home for 3 hours and please don’t come at that time. But that guy came at that time only and called me to collect the item. So I tried to contact my neighbour and by the time I contacted the neighbour he had left. And I got the package after 2 days. So my request is please tell your delivery guys to listen to what the customer to telling them.
