Hello everyone, I am sharing my worst experience of my life. I just wasted my 15000rs in mobilephone purchased from flipkart. I purchased a mew smartphone from flipkart sale . The smartphone box seal wa nkt available when I opened flipkart box and I was disappointed then ithought its ok but when I opened mobile box then it seems to be like someone has already took this mobile out of box berfore me. The accessories were not in original packing nd the headphones were totally messed and coiled, I felt very angry , then now the device was also having some fingerprint marks on its screen . Then I switched on my device, it directly started and came to homescreen without any demo or anything. When u buy a new phone it will always give you a short screening demo but here it was not , I cheched the device it was working fine, but after 12 days the devive was automatically switched off without any warning . The battery was 90% and then also it switched off. I was so angry now. I just contacted flipkart then they said just visit service center first , if service center is not able to resolve your problem then we will help you surely, then I visited service center and they told me when did u purchase this device then I said that 12 days before . then the service center man said to me that this device is not 12 days old . this device is 6 months old . It has already been activated by someone else. Then I was so angry and directly contacted flipkart. But they said that our senior team will call youthen their senior team contacted me and said that we cannot help you sorry . We provided you mew device . I explained the each and every problem but they did not believe me . Then again I visited service center then they said if u want to repair this device then you have to pay 12000 rupees and we will exchange and give u new device because it is totally dead and was defected from earlier days . Now that device is with me and I didnt exchanged because I had already wasted my 15000 and now I didnt want to waste my 12000ruppes more. Then after I didnt purchase anything from flipkart . They said sorry we cannot help . So please guys be careful at your own risk purchase anything . Now that smartphone is just a dummy phone for me . My worst experience ever on flipkart . Till today I am feeling that if I had purchased it from a shop I did not have to face these problems .
