I purchase one IPhone 6 mobile from flip kart with exchange my Samsung galaxy grand 2. I received this Product on Monday 13th Feb. When I open this product it is used one due to because a lots of problem is found. Please find the problem:- 1. Automatic Reboot while using any application. 2. Unsaved number call time screen is became black. 3. While charging phone, my mobile& charger is became heat more than the temperature of 40’c . 4. Within a 6-7 hours battery is became full low. After onwards when I called to flip kart he asked me visit the iPhone service center, when I visit there, they told that if you want then I will do the service, but this phone you purchased from flip kart it is under the 10 days of replacement, means you paid the Money for the new iPhone then why you want to use the 2nd hand phone, ask them to replace. Once again I called to flip kart they said like that service center will do the service, we are not going to replace or refund your product. They also said like that on our website term condition is there not to exchange the apple iPhone product. Before placing the order I confirm with their executive, she told me to place an order, if you get the damaged or defective product, they will replace. Now I visit the iPhone store once a time in Kormangla iphone{Imagine apple iphone center}. In this time they said go for the exchange with new then we will provide you the warranty. Once again I call back to flip kart, to tell this thing, now flip kart executive told that this is not the genuine service center. Now they send me the other iphone service center name& Address, how could I go in that service center because 1st thing from morning 9 am to 9 pm I am in office& after onwards these center are tied up with flip kart, means the old iphone 6 product will sold on new iphone 6 price. Now what can I do, if I already the make the payment for this phone. Please do the needful for me. Note:- from the last 1 week I am getting headache due to this Iphone 6 mobile tension, because this is my first dream mobile phone& I paid once with debit card in fact it didn’t paid with credit card or I didn’t go for EMI option also.
