I ordered an Smartphone from flipkart two days ago. Today I called flipkart just a few minutes ago from posting this review., To inquire about the exchange policy.
To much of surprise, as I was directed to get a call back-
I got a call from 07316657600-( true caller shows flipkart). The Guy was so smart that to avoid talking and attending me, he kept my call on mute and after 15-20 seconds unmuted and said-"sorry sir, due to bad connection and no response from you we are disconnecting." And I kept screaming on the other end
How shamefully done flipkart! Who are you hiring as employees flipkart? Is this how you tackle a client when its beyond your comfortable timings?
This is a common experience with your so called customer care.I have heard these call back experience from many, got one myself today.
This is a total disrespect of customer.
Not done Flipkart.
If you cant treat customers right and with dignity - you dont deserve them .
Very poor customer care executives. 0 star for this particular executive.
