Flipkart is a Indian company which provides the people a platform to buy and sell products easily and conveniently. And that’s what I have done.
I had ordered a mat for household for around a month ago. And literally it came to after a time period of 10 days. I tried a lot to contact and send email to them in order to notify them I haven’t received the product but after a long period of time. It was my need at that time but now it is useless. This type mistakes andmislead can make a customer into a big problem.
Lets take an example that somebody had ordered a product and he needed it in within two days in making faith to the company and guess what it came after 10 days.
Then what must the customer thinks of the service.
So its better to use some other online shopping sites.
